Hulk Hogan reveals needing 26 surgeries in a row after his professional wrestling career ended
The two-time Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan talked about the staggering number of surgeries he had to undergo due to his pro wrestling career, leaving fans in awe.

Professional wrestling has a lasting effect on a person’s body, which is seen for years after the person stops wrestling. WWE legend Hulk Hogan has been struggling with the same problem. He talked about the numerous operations he had to undergo after his career was over.
Hulk Hogan has been one of the biggest names in the industry for the past four decades. He was the top guy in the WWE and has been a part of the main event from WrestleMania 1 to 9. The Hulkster changed the industry forever when he turned heel in 1996 and joined the nWo. WWE inducted Hulk Hogan into the Hall of Fame in 2005.
While taking on the “FULL SEND” podcast, The Hulkster talked about the physical toll wrestling has on the wrestler’s body. He revealed that he had to go through 25 or 26 surgeries in a row. Hogan also said that 10 out of those 26 surgeries were done on his back.
Hulk Hogan last wrestled in the ring in WWE in 2006, when he faced Randy Orton at SummerSlam. After a career spanning over three decades, the 69-year-old started facing problems with his body. He effectively stopped wrestling after 2012, still making sporadic appearances on screen to this day.
The WWE Hall of Famer worked for TNA until his contract expired in 2013. He made his return to WWE in 2014 and has been making sporadic appearances ever since. The Hulkster hosted WrestleMania 35 with Alexa Bliss and WrestleMania 37 with Titus O’Neil.

Whatever the opinion, all fans can agree that Hulk Hogan made a huge impact on the industry. He was the face of the biggest wrestling company in the world for over a decade.
Even after jumping to WCW, Hogan changed the industry forever by turning heel for the first time in his career. Along with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, Hogan formed the New World Order, which is considered to be one of the greatest factions of all time. After returning to WWE in 2002, the Hulkster had one of the most iconic WrestleMania matches with The Rock in 2002.
Even after achieving so many accolades in the industries, Hogan is also infamous for multiple things. Hogan was a part of the steroid scandal in the 1990s, which resulted in a revolution in the body-building and wrestling industry. In the 2010s, a video surfaced online in which Hogan used racist terminology. The Hall of Famer faces a lot of backlash from fans and other wrestlers due to these issues.
