Jey Uso has been in the news for all possible reasons in recent days in his WWE run. He, along with his twin brother Jimmy Uso had been fixed for a title match at Crown Jewel against Butch and Ridge Holland – the members of Brawling Brutes.

The Anoai twins put up a great fight for the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship. The Brawling Brutes tried every possible thing to let the Usos quit the match. The primary area of target for the Brawling Brutes was the Usos’ arm. The duo seemed to be in immense pain during the execution of the match.

Michael Cole, who was present behind the WWE commentary section broke the news to the WWE audience that Jey Uso is having a broken elbow. Despite the injury, he appeared at the Premium Live Event and fought with all his might. Cole also revealed that Jey Uso injured himself at WWE’s European tour held before the Crown Jewel.

Jey Uso will also be getting an MRI done the following Monday. If the reports hinder his in-ring performance, one-half of the Uso will be under the radar for holding the Tag team championship. The Usos are just a week away from being the longest-reigning Tag team champions in the history of WWE.

Before Crown Jewel officially took place, WWE announced a title match for the New Day at SmackDown Live on 11/11. The winners of the tag team match on Crown Jewel will be defending the titles against the current longest-reigning tag team champions – New Day with an unbeaten record of 483 days.

The Usos were just two steps away to engrave their names in the history of the company. They have successfully crossed the first step however the second remains a very big question. In case, Jey is barred from action by the medical team, then the WWE will have to compel the Uso twins to drop the titles.

New Day’s Big E is also out of action for a long time owing to the injury. Only Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will be fighting for the same. The Usos have Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn in their faction – The Bloodline but there’s little to no chance that either of them will appear in the ring alongside the Usos.
