LA Knight makes his statement amid all rumors stating he dated Becky Lynch
LA Knight recently fired back at a tweet from almost a year ago that mentioned he used to date Becky Lynch in the past, as he shut down all the rumors claiming them to be false.

LA Knight and Becky Lynch had successful careers on the independent wrestling scene before joining WWE. Knight began his career in 2003, working on the independent wrestling scene in California. He went on to work for various promotions, including Championship Wrestling from Hollywood and Impact Wrestling, where he wrestled under the name Eli Drake. Becky began her career in 2002, wrestling on the independent circuit in Ireland and the UK. She went on to work for various promotions, including Shimmer Women Athletes and Stardom, before signing with WWE in 2013.
Multiple rumors have been circulating since last year regarding the relationship of LA Knight and Becky Lynch. The rumors speculated that Knight used to date the 6-time women’s champion in the past. The speculations sparked by a picture of Becky and Knight together, shared by a Twitter user. The tweet is from May of last year. The tweeted, “Why did I just now all of a sudden hear that LA Knight and Becky Lynch used to date? LMAO I really did not know this at all.”
However, LA Knight came around the tweet after almost an year and reacted furiously to the tweet. The 40-year-old wrestler replied, “Because we didn’t. We were friends. You’re jumping to bullsh*t conclusions. Let me squash that before you guys take this anywhere.”

LA Knight made his WWE main roster debut with the name, Max Dupri. However, he later returned with his original name and character on SmackDown. He also stole the spotlight during his feud with a returning Bray Wyatt.
LA Knight is rumored to face the legendary “Stone Cold” Steve Austin at WrestleMania goes Hollywood this year. While their match is not confirmed yet, a promo battle between two evenly matched talkers would be fiery.
