Popular WWE superstar reveals initial frustration at waiting too long for the company to capitalize on his momentum

LA Knight was one of the fastest-rising stars in 2023. From not being on a WrestleMania 39 card to fighting Roman Reigns for the title, he certainly came a long way. However, after receiving such a loud reaction, he felt frustration creeping in about the chances he was getting. 

He spoke on The Ringer’s Wrestling Show about if he was affected when his push was delayed. The Megstar recalled being over with fans but still not getting opportunities. LA Knight stated that, at one point in time, he was worried that he would lose the support of fans.

Things started to change after Money in the Bank, as he racked up victories over The Miz and The Bloodline. Knight then went on to have a title match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, but unfortunately didn’t win. The love and respect he got from fans earned him another title match at the Royal Rumble.

There was a lot of frustration at that time. I'm getting these big reactions and there were weeks of, 'there's nothing for you to do.' I'm like, 'Was anybody listening? Was anybody watching?' There was all this hesitation. 'This might not be real, this might be a fluke.'

Now, the stakes are higher than ever, with both superstars set to go against each other at WrestleMania. In a match driven by revenge and hate, fans wish that a stipulation might be added. It will be interesting to see who finally comes out on top after the match at WrestleMania.

It looks like LA Knight and AJ Styles are trying to take each other out even before their match at WrestleMania. After The Megastar attacked The Phenomenal One disguised as a security, he once again engaged in a brawl with him at the WWE media day.

Styles appeared at the WWE media day, but he encountered an unexpected question in the form of Knight. Both superstars tried to destroy each other until they were separated by security. It looked like The Megastar got the better of his opponent, as the 46-year-old was left with blood in his nose. 

Their rivalry started to pick up steam when The Phenomenal One traveled to Australia just to cost Knight a match. The 41-year-old got his revenge when he invaded Styles’ house and brutally attacked him. Fans can’t control their excitement, as it’s almost unpredictable to predict who will win when the two stars collide at WrestleMania.
