Despite being amidst the hussle-bussle of an airport, LA Knight made quick work of Grayson Waller.

The Megastar’s redemption arc commences tonight on SmackDown. After being robbed of a career-defining win against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel, LA Knight will have to start again. To aid him in the process, Grayson Waller affirmed that Knight could go back to managing some real stars. Taking quick notice of the same, Knight verbally anatomized Waller at the airport.

He asked The Aussie Icon to meet him face-to-face on SmackDown, given that the latter has enough tingle in his loins. Rather than getting back to being a manager, The Megastar assured to run through Waller’s narrow a**. Just when the dust was about to settle on Waller and Knight, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis did the rest. He officially confirmed a singles match between LA Knight and Grayson Waller on tonight’s show in Columbus.

If you have enough tingle in your loins and come on down tomorrow then I'll manage to run through your narrow a**. And that's not an insult that's just a fact of life.

This will be the first showdown between the two on the main roster. Although they’ve faced each other in the past on NXT, competing on the Blue brand will be a different ballgame. Another aspect to factor-in is Waller’s comrade, Austin Theory. The A-Town Down Under has been growing in confidence of late. They’ve raked up quite a few victories on the trot and will look to take down The Defiant One.

Meanwhile, Knight, who doesn’t settle the beef on social media, will look to overcome a traumatizing outcome from last Saturday. It will be interesting to see whether the former Eli Drake gets lost in the shuffle or if he’ll bounce back. One thing’s for sure: He’s not going to let the sun set on him. Knight has the people’s voice by his side, and that’s what eventually matters.

Bully Ray breaks down LA Knight’s loss at Crown Jewel

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray knows how to not mince matters. He recently disseminated Crown Jewel as a “glorified house show” and how WWE would’ve never put the title on LA Knight in Riyadh. Speaking on the Busted Open Radio, the 52-year-old said that although he liked the show, it was merely a glorified live event. He implied how the people were wrong in their assessment while giving The Megastar a chance to dethrone Roman Reigns.

When it comes to Crown Jewel, you have to understand what it is, it is a glorified live event, a glorified house show. If you really look at this the correct way, there’s no way in hell WWE was going to put the championship on LA...

For now, it looks like LA Knight needs to change gears and go with the flow. He might have to wait until the Royal Rumble to try to win the entire thing and book a berth in the main event of WrestleMania 40. He could then challenge for either of the two world titles. However, he will need to keep the ante up while heading into the most important phase of a calendar year in WWE.
