MLW World Champion revealed him getting considered for a role in Dwayne Johnson’s show

Dwayne Johnson is one of the few celebrities that has a program based on his life. Young Rock is a web series that focuses entirely on Dwayne’s childhood and how he worked his way to the top of the mountain where he now resides.

In a recent interview on NoAdshows, MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alexander Hammerstone claimed that he was interested in playing a role in Dwayne Johnson’s life story. He briefly discussed the role with the production company and was almost chosen for it.

He claimed that he was interested in playing Hulkster, but after several email exchanges, nothing worked out. He also added that he had been in talks for some time, but that someone else was maybe chosen instead of him, and so he never got to deliver the iconic lines of Hulk Hogan.

Alexander said, “All I can say is that I did get some emails I didn’t reach out to anybody, but I might have been reached out to a little bit. I got really excited, but it never got past emails. So I don’t know what happened, I don’t know if somebody was chosen, but I never got my chance to drop a ‘Let me tell you something, brother!'”

Dwayne Johnson’s return to WWE is still in a limbo

For many years, Dwayne Johnson has been reported to fight in a match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, but The Brahma Bull has consistently failed to make time out of his hectic schedule. Dwayne is presently rumored to return to the same match next year, but no updates have been received.

Dwayne Johnson should return to the company in the Royal Rumble 2023, but it appears that his return is still not completed because he has yet to be finalized for the Royal Rumble match, thus his return may not happen again.

Many supporters believe he can still make his way back into the company, but his schedule once again prevents him from having his final match in the firm. Let’s wait till the road to WrestleMania begins next month to see whether he can still make a comeback.
