Roman Reigns’ match with Logan Paul was one of the best matches of Crown Jewel, and both superstars got wide acclaim for their performance. Reigns has defended the Undisputed Universal Championship five times on PPVs this year, and it looks like his next defense won’t come anytime sooner than the new year.

Currently, Reigns and The Bloodline are slated for a WarGames match at Survivor Series. The Bloodline will face The Brawling Brutes, Kevin Owens and Drew McIntyre. The result seems unpredictable, as both teams look dominant and have the necessary experience to defeat each other.

The Bloodline, on the other hand, has a slight advantage in winning against the babyfaces because they have been dominant since their formation and hold all major championships in WWE. Roman Reigns is now one of the most respected names in the industry, and his championship run is lauded by many across the globe.

AEW Star MJF, who is known for his trash talk, seems to have respect for Roman Reigns. During a recent appearance on the “Pardon My Take” Podcast, MJF spoke about his admiration for The Tribal Chief.

MJF was asked if he admires Roman Reigns or not. The AEW star said he admires Reigns and just like he is the face of AEW, Reigns is the face of WWE, which is a great wrestling show. “I do, I absolutely do, I feel like I’m the face of my company, and I think it’s more than fair to say that Roman Reigns is the face of his company over in WWE, which is also a tremendous, tremendous wrestling show.”

Roman Reigns is a member of the illustrious Anoa’i wrestling family. His father Sika and brother Rosey are former WWE Superstars. While Reigns’ father, Sika, was in WWE in the late 80s, his late brother, Rosey, was in WWE during the early 2000s. Reigns’ uncle Rikishi and cousin The Rock were also in WWE, with The Rock being one of the most popular superstars of all time.

With the Anoa’i family being a part of the WWE in different eras, and with Reigns being a multiple Champion today, he feels he could have been a top guy in any era.

During a recent interview with Jonathan Snowden of The Ringer, Roman Reigns stated that he could have been a top star back then, and if he could be put in the 40s, 50s, 80s, 90s, or 2000s, he could manage to be the face of the company in any Era. Reigns also questioned the ability of old wrestlers to handle the pressure of the current era and thinks that they wouldn’t have.

I know I could do it back then, I know if you sent me to the ’40s, ’50s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, I’m going to be a top guy, I’m going to be a centerpiece. But could they come into this world? Could they handle the burden and the pressure of 2022, of the modern day? I just don’t think they could”

Roman Reigns has surpassed 800 days as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, and is officially the longest reigning World Champion of the modern era. However, if the all time list is taken into account, he stands fifth with his 800+ day title reign, behind GOATs like Bruno Sammartino, Pedro Morales, Hulk Hogan and Bob Backlund.
