WWE Superstar Montez Ford is missing from in-ring action on RAW since September 19 when he and Angelo Dawkins squared off against The Brawling Brutes in a losing effort. In his last RAW appearance in October, we saw him sporting a walking boot which led fans to speculate if he was dealing with an injury.

The former RAW Tag Team Champion has now come forward to clear out the air regarding his in-ring status. In his latest appearance on THE TODAY Show, Montez reflected on the calf injury that he suffered and said- 100% now. Should be back pretty soon. Just picking spots and making sure when I arrive, the mission is still at hand, which is with my right-hand man, Angelo Dawkins. That’s winning the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship,”

Ford emphasized that The Street Profits will be back on their quest to win the Undisputed Tag Team Championship from The Usos. The duo was unsuccessful in winning the gold when they challenged the champions at SummerSlam. With The Usos recently becoming the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history, it might be possible they drop the titles to The Street Profits in a shocking upset.
Ford appeared with his wife and current RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. Both are currently excited about their upcoming series on Hulu, which is currently in the filming stage. Belair is currently gearing for her much-anticipated WarGames match and would lead her team at The Survivor Series. The last team member for Belair’s team will be revealed at this week’s SmackDown.

The Rock was in an awe of Montez a few months back. He praised the superstar for his charisma, energy and work ethic. The Rock further said that there’s nothing like professional wrestling and it runs in his blood. He further said that Ford has worked his butt off to reach the position he is right now and deserves every bit.

While Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, The Rock said- “Professional wrestling, WWE, it’s in my blood, it’s my passion, I love it. So for a guy like him, he’s worked his butt off. By the way, they all do. Everybody in that locker room, the men, the women, but him in particular, he’s got great athleticism, he’s got the whole package.”
