One of the most gifted and underrated wrestlers on the current WWE roster is Mustafa Ali. WWE, under Vince McMahon, did not not encourage him to become a legitimate threat, and he is yet to take home his first Championship. However, things seem to have improved for Ali as Triple H is giving the much deserved spotlight in the US Title picture.
Mustafa Ali has been challenging Seth Rollins for the belt for a few weeks, but the champion hasn’t taken him seriously. Additionally, Bobby Lashley has been outperforming Ali in recent weeks as a challenger for the US Championship. On the recent episode of Raw, the two superstars even collided in a match.
Following his loss to Bobby Lashley on Raw, Mustafa Ali took to Twitter to reply to a supporter who had sympathized with Ali for his booking. Mustafa responded to the fan by telling him not to feel bad because WWE is compensating him for pursuing his aspirations and that this was his line of business.
Ali’s tweet also talked about many people doing loads of work and not getting paid enough referring to their work as hell. Mustafa Ali’s tweet read, “what we do is incredibly hard, but never feel bad for us. we get to chase our dreams while being able to provide for our families. so many people out there grinding for little to no money and they don’t get to chase their dream. that’s hell.”

Mustafa Ali is scheduled to compete in the Smackdown World Cup
Although Mustafa Ali is a Raw superstar, he will represent his country of origin, Pakistan, in the SmackDown World Cup. He will compete against Ricochet in a Quarter-final match this week on SmackDown.
The two wrestlers competing in the match are talented, and they even get along well. These signs point to a fantastic match on SmackDown. Or shall we say, these signs point to another BANGER on the blue brand?
Let’s wait and watch what will transpire in the future. If Mustafa wins the entire tournament, he will pose a very serious challenge to Gunther’s rule and his Intercontinental Championship. If he loses, he would still pose a very serious threat to Seth Rollins and his United States Championship.
