More and more fans are criticizing Elon Musk for ruining Twitter for its users. This time, it is current NXT Superstar Nikkita Lyons who has called out Musk for his meaningless decisions. She spoke about the subscription fees that need to be paid for the verified blue tick. Lyons also warned her fans about the fake profiles of people who impersonate her and scam people for money.
Nikkita Lyons took to Twitter and said that since Elon Musk took away the blue tick mark, it is even harder for fans to distinguish between original accounts and scam accounts. The 23-year-old clarifies to her fans that this is her only account and never asks for any money from them. Therefore, she asked her fans not to fall for scammers. The NXT star also made it clear that she won’t be paying $14 a month for a fake blue tick.
Lyons burst onto the scene on NXT in 2022 with her dominant performance. She defeated Lash Legend, Arianna Grace, and Mandy Rose in her first year of establishing her character as a legit top star. However, 2023 did not turn out well for Lyons, as she was injured by Blair Davenport in January. This shelved her for the foreseeable future.
There have been no reports about her return yet. It is currently unclear when the 23-year-old will return to NXT. However, from her initial performance, it is clear that Lyons is destined for great things in the WWE. She will show her impact on the main roster in the near future, considering the potential she has.

Multiple WWE Superstars complain about Elon Musk’s Twitter modifications

Nikkita Lyons is not the first WWE Superstar to call out Elon Musk for his Twitter modifications. Several stars, including Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, Zelina Vega, and Alexa Bliss voiced out their opinions too. They said that they do not feel like wasting their money on someone who does not need it.
Moreover, the subscription does not make any sense according to the users. They believe it encourages impersonating famous people online and scamming people pretending to be someone else. Many superstars have warned their fans to be alert while interacting with people online who are pretending to be superstars. The latest policies introduced by Musk for Twitter are turning out to be a headache for users.
Since taking over Twitter’s management, the valuation of the platform has dropped by half, and more and more users are leaving the platform every day. Mark Zuckerberg introduced Threads to compete with Twitter, which has resulted in even more fans leaving the social media giant.
