NXT superstar Grayson Waller is being taunted by fans for paying $8 a month as a verification fee for his Twitter account. Waller is a rising NXT star. He was well recognized and established in the Independent Circuit, wrestling all over the country.

Recognizing the talent, Grayson was signed by WWE in 2021. Since then, Waller has feuded with several big names on the black and yellow brand. His most memorable feuds were with the likes of Johnny Gargano, Dexter Lumis, and Bron Breakker.

For context, the new CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk, announced that Twitter verification would no longer be limited to celebrities and public figures; rather, anyone could have it by paying 8 dollars a month.

Most of the WWE superstars have recently lost their blue-tick verification mark. Prominent names that have fallen victim to the process include Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Sheamus, and Brock Lesnar.

Fans were taken by surprise when they saw the verification mark on Grayson’s Twitter account. It meant that the NXT Superstar paid $8 monthly for the blue tick. Grayson Waller tweeted the following on April 20:
