How can someone have a peaceful conversation when Dominik Mysterio‘s around? Walking around the expected lines, the 26-year-old poked his nose into something that had nothing to do with him. In an exclusive footage following Raw, Nathan Frazer paid a visit to the Season Premiere of the red brand. Seth Rollins‘ protege caught up with Jackie Redmond backstage and detailed why he decided to show up.
Dominik Mysterio quickly interrupted him, questioning Frazer’s presence on a show run by The Judgment Day. Overhearing Nathan’s explanation, Frazer confronted Dominik and reminded him of his tough week: suffering a loss to Ilja Dragunov on NXT and receiving a stunner from Kevin Owens on SmackDown.
Just like that, Nathan Frazer saw the opportunity and tried to squeeze out one for himself. Frazer challenged Dominik for the NXT North American Championship this week on NXT. However, the modern-day Latino Heat declined. Instead, Dom told the 25-year-old that he didn’t deserve a shot at the gold. That invoked a fierce brawl between the two. However, the officials quickly separated them.
By the looks of it, Nathan and Dominik will eventually get into a match. Ever since the management put that NXT North American title on Mysterio, he’s been a mainstay of the Shawn Michaels-led brand. As a result, Dom’s segments have experienced a significant uptick in viewing figures and key demographics.

Rey Mysterio wants to have a ‘Hair vs. Mask’ match with Dominik Mysterio
Earlier this year, Dominik was in a highly personal feud with his father, Rey Mysterio. After seeing Dom unglued in his antics to force Rey into a match against his son, the Hall of Famer had no other choice. And after Dominik yelled at his mother, Angie, it was enough for Rey to snap at his creation.
The two had a memorable showdown at WrestleMania 39. After a well-deserved public spanking, Rey Mysterio finally got one up against Dominik. It looks like he’s not done yet. While speaking to Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Rey discussed the possibility of having a ‘Hair vs. Mask’ match against Dom.
The WWE legend loved the idea and even envisaged a look into Dominik’s future if he was bald. “Why not? I would love that. I don’t think we’ve ever seen that here. Imagine him bald. Don’t imagine me without the mask, you already know,” said Rey.
