Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns have been together for a considerable time. During this period, the two developed immense love and respect for each other. While Paul never fails to support his ‘Tribal Chief’ in the ring, he continues to do so off the WWE camera, too. His recent demand showcases the great relationship the duo share.
Speaking to Variety, Paul Heyman hinted at a new milestone that is within Roman Reigns’ reach. Roman’s ‘Special Counsel’ pitched that his ‘Tribal Chief’ must be awarded the Emmy. Speaking of Roman Reigns in extremely high regard, Heyman feels that he has done extremely well to make his pitch come true.
Paul said that The Bloodline and especially Roman are trying their best to put on a great show in the ring. Despite the industry trying to restrict them within its boundaries and limitations, they have overcome them all. The audience, too, did not fail to put Roman down on multiple occasions during his record-breaking title run.
“We’re sitting here today talking about the unfathomable concept of the Emmy Awards because a year ago we would have been laughed out of the conversation,” added Paul Heyman. Roman Reigns is determined to do things that have not been done before. To this, Heyman added, ”This is what we strive for.”

Paul Heyman recalls how Roman Reigns has evolved in all these years
Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman started working together while Vince McMahon was responsible for the company’s creative. The Bloodline got into the action after the iconic rivalry between Jey Uso and Roman Reigns. However, Paul Heyman claims that maintaining this rivalry with his real-life cousin wasn’t an easy one for Reigns.
During his appearance with the Variety crew, Heyman broke the ice on Roman’s personality, saying that while Roman may appear all great in the ring, there is a lot that lies beneath his expressions. Being ‘The Tribal Chief,’ Roman is under constant torment and pressure to live up to the expectations of everyone watching him in the ring.
The Bloodline received massive fan support with the introduction of Sami Zayn to the faction. This further highlighted the recent Bloodline segment where Roman Reigns thrashed Sami Zayn both verbally and physically. The segment, despite being performed without a mic, left the audience in awe.
