It has been more than two years since the Wiseman, Paul Heyman, aligned himself with Roman Reigns. Since then, Heyman has started a catchphrase that seeks to propound the Tribal Chief’s attention as a bestower of relevancy. The place that receives the most naturally becomes the Island of Relevancy and Heyman shared how he secured his position there.

In a recent post on ‘X’ by That’s Freakin Wrestling Podcast, they appreciated the game the 58-year-old brings to the ring. It caught the Wiseman’s attention as he replied to them about how he isn’t like others who bank on their previous glories, as that wouldn’t secure him his position on the Island of Relevancy.

The Wiseman maintained his heel character work as he delivered an inspiring and plausible reply. Despite being a veteran in the business, Heyman understands the need to keep improving to stay relevant.

Paul Heyman was last seen on SmackDown New Year’s Revolution. He accompanied The Head of the Table at the end of the main event, where Roman decimated his Royal Rumble opponents. That didn’t seem to work well, as SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis was furious and repaid their nuisance with an equal blow by making Reigns defend his title in a fatal 4-way match at the Royal Rumble.

The Wiseman has become a figure that fans have become accustomed to seeing beside Roman Reigns. However, Reigns isn’t the only one who received his company, as Heyman has a long list of “guys” that he managed and led to the podium of success. It seems he had to once again recall his relationship with the Best in the World while responding to a post.

It seems the fans are enjoying playing games with the Wiseman. Known for having temper issues, Heyman often gets in a fit. However, who knows if these replies are a fond recollection in his heart rather than a simple display of a track record?

This is the second time in a week that Heyman has addressed his relationship with CM Punk. His first one came during SmackDown New Year’s Revolution. One might identify it as melodramatic, but that is how Heyman has kept his relevancy alive. Fans are eager to see the moment when they’ll be face-to-face live.
