The highly anticipated Summerslam fight this year is Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar, with the drama building over time. Brock Lesnar is a beast in professional wrestling, with many accomplishments demonstrating his superiority. He holds the record for the most Royal Rumble eliminations and has a total of ten WWE championships.

On the other hand, Roman Reigns is as impressive; he has won two WWE Universal champion titles and four WWE championships, making him a six-time WWE global champion. With 700 days under his belt, Reigns now holds the record for the longest reign as WWE Universal Champion.

Paul Heyman, a WWE entertainment executive, is currently assigned as ‘Special Counsel’ for Roman Reigns. He had also done the same for Brock Lesnar in the past. With the heat rising between Lesnar and Reigns, Paul finally revealed where his support belongs.

In a verbal altercation between Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman on the RAW episode airing on July 11, Paul says he will be preparing Roman Reigns to defeat Lesnar. Paul asserts that we would stop at nothing to ensure Roman Reigns triumphs over a beast-like Lesnar.

“I’m gonna give you my word on something. We are approaching 700 days of Roman Reigns as the champion. And Brock Lesnar, this is one streak you will not conquer. Because I will have Roman Reigns ready for you at Summerslam to put you down. If I have to train Roman Reigns to stick his hand up your ass and pull your heart through that hole. That is what my tribal chief is going to do, to something like you.”

Mr. Money in the bank Austin Theory halted Lesnar just as he was about to say anything, and the Alpha Academy attacked him. He then fought back and defeated the Alpha Academy.

With Paul Heyman making such hefty promises, it will be interesting to see who between Reigns and Lesnar triumphs at the Summerslam.
