WWE veteran R-Truth is considered one of the funniest superstars in history. He has entertained all the wrestling fans for 20+ years now and has been in tremendous shape as well. After returning from an injury at Survivor Series, he wrestled his first match against Judgment Day member JD McDonagh. Truth gave a wholesome tribute to John Cena during the match, making fans happy and excited.

R-Truth faced JD in a Miracle on 34th Street fight with one condition: if the former lost, he would be out of the faction. During the match, Truth got the upper hand and attempted to deliver the ‘five knuckle shuffle’, a move inspired by Cena. Unfortunately, JD countered that move, which left fans annoyed. However, the 51-year-old eventually managed to perform the move.

The reason behind the tribute is that R-Truth sees Cena as his childhood hero, which is ironic because he is older than Cena and debuted before him. Truth has been troubling Judgment Day for the last few weeks, believing that he is a group member and mocking JD. Although Damian Priest attacked him last week, Truth was still persistent about being a member.

Despite losing to R-Truth, McDonagh kept his place in the Judgment Day. It will be interesting to see whether Damian and Rhea Ripley kick out JD and welcome Truth into their group, or if they already have another plan.

Carmella sent a message to R-Truth ahead of his match on Raw

WWE superstar Carmella sent a wholesome message to her former mixed tag team partner R-Truth ahead of his match on Raw. Truth won a Miracle on 34th Street Fight against JD McDonagh.

Carmella recently posted an Instagram story featuring her and Truth when they won a mixed tag team match five years ago. She recalled a time when they were a tag team and entertained the audience with their “dance break.”

Carmella has been out of action owing to paternal leave. Meanwhile, Truth just came back from an injury after being out of action for the whole year. It will be interesting to see for the fans whether they reunite and form a tag team or not.
