Rey Mysterio is currently enjoying his third reign as the United States Champion. The WWE veteran defeated Austin Theory to win the title on the August 11 edition of SmackDown. However, his only title defense so far had been against his protege, Santos Escobar. It looks like Logan Paul has finally set his eyes on Mysterio’s gold and is coming for it.

Speaking in the post-match interview, a fired-up Logan Paul said, “Hey Conor, you see that? I took your little b***, put him on a leash, took him for a walk. May be Conor wants to stand up for his b*** I’ll fight him next. Where you at little leprechaun? The Maverick openly called out the UFC legend for a fight.

McGregor remained a staunch supporter of Dillon Danis throughout his antagonistic rivalry with Logan Paul. However, the 35-year-old failed to show up at the match venue to stand in his friend’s corner. In addition to this, Paul made his intent clear about challenging WWE veteran Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship.
