WWE Crown Jewel 2023 showcased an unprecedented Fatal 5-Way match between five of the most dominant female superstars on the Raw roster. Each of the women has their own unique skill and métier. All five competitors brought their A-games to the table. However, Rhea Ripley overcame the odds to retain her coveted Women’s World Championship in a hard-fought battle.

The Eradicator arrived with a breathtaking entrance, with an assembly of men gathered around the ramp. Mami walked down the aisle, looking like an absolute star. Coming to the match, Nia Jax cleverly slipped out of the ring before things got tense. Moreover, it was the champion herself who didn’t step back from kicking things up. She initiated the chaos by pushing Raquel Rodriguez.

The intense battle featured some mind-boggling spots. However, one of the major highlights of the match remains Shayna Baszler‘s triple submission spot. The Queen of Spades first locked Ripley and Rodriguez in a submission and pulled Nia Jax into a knackering Kirifuda Clutch. A bewildered Saudi crowd gave Baszler a standing ovation during this spot.

Nevertheless, Rhea Ripley once again proved her irrepressible dominance over the women’s division. In the closing moments, Ripley delivered an elevated Riptide from the second rope on Zoey Stark. The 29-year-old devastatingly landed on Raquel and Shayna. The Eradicator later pinned Baszler to grab the massive victory.

Rhea Ripley debuts a badass makeover at WWE Crown Jewel

The Nightmare Rhea Ripley continues to reign supreme in the women’s division. Mami retained the Women’s World Championship at the Crown Jewel event in a domineering fashion. Moreover, what caught the attention of the fans was the superhero-based makeover that Ripley debuted in the historic fatal five-way collision.

The 27-year-old went into the multi-women match looking to retain her title against four other promising female superstars of the red brand. The Eradicator was not only bestowed with a special entrance, but she also channeled her inner darkness with a badass Crow-inspired look for her marquee match.

The Crow is a 1994 superhero movie based on the comic of the same name. The champion has always expressed her proclivity towards dark imagery and supernatural elements, which naturally explains her Crown Jewel look. In addition, earlier this year at Money in The Bank, Ripley wore a black Chyna-inspired gear as a tribute to the late female superstar.
