Rhea Ripley seems to be having a good time in the WWE. Even though Rhea Ripley doesn’t seem to be competing as a singles wrestler she is doing some of the best work of her career as of now. Ripley’s work as a heel in Judgement Day is praised by many WWE Legends and WWE Universe, calling her as a top attraction of the main roster. Rhea Ripley was about to have a singles match at the MITB Live event against Bianca Belair but was sidelined due to injury, that would have been Rhea’s first singles competition as a wrestler and a part of Judgment Day.
The Judgment Day was involved in a feud with Edge and the Mysterios, with Rhea Ripley thrashing Dominik Mysterio almost every week on RAW. With Dominik Mysterio on their side after betraying his father and Edge at the Clash at the Castle Live event, The Judgment Day currently has the upper hand in their continuing conflict with Rey Mysterio and Edge.
One of the fiercest wrestlers on the roster, Rhea Ripley even has the strength to defeat some of the male wrestlers. In addition to being one of the roster’s most developed wrestlers currently, Rhea has previously claimed the RAW Women’s Championship. She and Nikki A.S.H also won the tag team title once.
Recently, during an appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Rhea Ripley spoke about her development in the WWE over the past year. She commented that she now feels more confident than she did last year and that her mental stability has altered since last year. According to Ripley, Balor and Priest, who are also members of Judgment Day, are on the same page and don’t really care who they have to face because of the level of confidence they have developed in their own careers.
“Oh, immensely, I feel like the main thing that’s changed is my mental stability. Yeah, I’m definitely more confident in myself. I know what I want. And it’s the same as what these boys want and that’s why we’re all on the same page. We don’t really care who we have to go through to get to it. If you’re on our side, you’re on our side. That’s cool. If you’re not, we’re gonna go through and that’s the mentality that I have now and I think that’s why I’ve changed so much.”
Rhea Ripley speaks about her relationship with Dominik Mysterio
In the same show, Rhea Ripley spoke about her relationship with the new member of the Judgment Day, she said that everybody wants to know about it but she wants to keep it between herself and Dominik and doesn’t want to go in depth with it. Ripley said that Dominik has a lot of potential in him and that his father Rey was taking advantage of him and not giving him the required spotlight. Ripley said that The Judgment Day gave him an opportunity to get out of his father’s shadow, in which he was trapped for so long.
