Rhea Ripley is one of the most popular superstars in the WWE. Moreover, her on-screen relationship with Dominik Mysterio is arguably the best ongoing storyline on television. However, The Eradicator recently revealed that her first wrestling crush isn’t the third-generation superstar. Interestingly, Rhea Ripley disclosed that it was The Miz instead.
While speaking with Sportskeeda’s Riju Dasgupta, she made the shocking revelation. Previously, Ripley mentioned how The A-Lister was her favorite wrestler while growing up as a fan of the sport. The Judgment Day member claimed that she “loved” everything about The Miz. Furthermore, she’s terrified of the day the former WWE Champion talks about her statements to him.
Despite being on the same brand for almost a year, the pair have only interacted once. This came during a “Miz TV” episode in June, which included Dominik Mysterio interrupting Cody Rhodes. Obviously, Rhea Ripley was present alongside Dom and would quickly shut down the Awesome One by saying, “Quiet Miz.”
The 26-year-old is currently on hiatus from WWE programming after Nia Jax’s brutal attack. Albeit that, she will most likely make her return on the go-home episode of Monday Night Raw before Fastlane. Moreover, Ripley may end up challenging the Irresistible Force at the upcoming premium live event.
Rhea Ripley reacts to Dominik Mysterio losing the North American Championship
A shocking title change occurred at last night’s NXT: No Mercy. Trick Williams defeated Dominik Mysterio to become the new North American Champion. As a result, this ended The Judgment Day’s short-lived run of all members holding titles. After the bout, Rhea Ripley reacted to her on-screen partner losing.
“YOU’RE F’N KIDDING ME!… #NXTNoMercy” wrote the 26-year-old on her X account. Evidently, Ripley is unhappy with Dominik losing the North American title. Usually, The Eradicator would accompany the third-generation superstar during big matches. However, she is currently sidelined with an injury.
Fightful reported that Rhea Ripley will definitely return this week, most likely on RAW. Prior to Payback, the Women’s World Champion claimed that “there would be changes” in the Judgment Day if anyone ended up leaving without a title. Therefore, it will be interesting to see how she reacts to Mysterio being the first member to lose his belt.
