Former Raw Women’s Champion takes a subtle dig over Edge while laying out Birthday Wish for the legend

Edge completed one more year of his legendary career and turned 49 yesterday. A plethora of birthday wishes and esteemed messages were poured in for the Rated-R Superstar. Actually, it feels so incredibly fantastic that how can someone with half-century knocking at his doorstep, keep delivering stellar performances after other.

Well, the mother nature obviously isn’t kind for everyone and you need some enemies too in your life. Amidst the heap of positive sentiments for Edge, there was someone who pierced his recent past and troll him in an epic manner. You may have guessed it till now about that name, and yes it’s someone from The Judgement Day if you got this one.

Rhea Ripley was the one who completed the festivities of Edge’s birthday by posting one of his pictures over her Instagram Stories. Back in June when The Judgement Day turned over the WWE legend himself, Finn Balor replaced him and he alongside Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley laid down a completely relentless assault over the former World Champion.

The Eradicator of Judgement Day thought that Edge’s birthday would be the perfect moment to post that one for. She added the picture on her stories and simply wrote, “Happy Birthday Edge“. Many fans believe that the Rated-R Superstar couldn’t had her birthday more momentous than this, obviously in a sarcastic tone. You can check the screenshot of that story below.

Edge last wrestled in an “I Quit” match at Extreme Rules

In one of the most prominent first time ever matches of all-time, Edge battled Finn Balor in an “I Quit” match at WWE Extreme Rules this month. Filled with unending drama and plethora of emotions, we witnessed a classic between them. They fought all over the place, adding to everyone’s delight.

However, the match saw a heavily screwy finish when all the members of The Judgement Day made their presence felt. Rhea Ripley even handcuffed Edge to the ring ropes and they tried to traumatize Beth Phoenix too, who came in for her husband’s aid.

The ending saw Edge being caught in an adverse situation where he got terrorised of her wife’s poor fate, hadn’t he uttered those words “I Quit”. Seeing Beth in absolutely life-ending situation where she was about to receive a con-chair-to by Ripley, the Rated-R Superstar gave up. Even then, the Glamazon got a thunderous chair shot to her head. The duo has been running absent ever since.
