The Judgment Day has been on an upwards trajectory in recent months. After winning the tag team turmoil match last week, the team earned the Raw tag team title match with The Usos on Raw XXX. Both tag teams left it all out in the ring in the opening match of the show. In the end, though, it was the Bloodline that came out as the victor, thanks to a last-minute sub from Sami Zayn. However, Rhea Ripley doesn’t seem too happy with this ruling.
In a backstage segment after the show, Rhea Ripley felt cheated by this decision and demanded another title shot. While talking about the show in general, she said, “Being part of such a historic moment and opening up Raw 30 is just, it’s incredible, it’s a privilege. I am even more proud of my boys The Judgment Day. They put up a hell of a fight and we got unlucky. I mean they put Sami Zayn in the match. We weren’t expecting that. He was fresh, my boys they weren’t. So I think we deserve another shot to be completely honest with you.”
Raw XXX opened with the Tribal Court for Sami Zayn. The Honorary Uce managed to get out of the trial with the aid of Jey Uso. In the end, Roman Reigns gave Sami another chance to prove himself this Saturday. The tag title match came next, where Jimmy Uso suffered a knee injury while attempting a dive outside. Consequently, Adam Pearce came out and allowed Sami Zayn to be the substitute for his Bloodline brother and continue the match. The Usos eventually retained the title thanks to the Honorary Uce, Sami Zayn.

What are the plans for Rhea Ripley at the Royal Rumble?
Rhea Ripley hasn’t wrestled much as a part of Judgment Day, but she still seems no less of a threat. She has been the deciding factor in many of their matches, helping her boys from the outside. This new persona from the Australian native seems to connect with the fans, and the rumors are that she might get her due push. According to recent reports from Xero News, the belief is that Rhea Ripley might either win the Rumble or the Raw women’s championship on the road to WrestleMania. This will eventually lead to Rhea Ripley going up against Becky Lynch at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
In the same backstage interview after Raw XXX, Rhea Ripley talked about the Royal Rumble match this Saturday. The former Raw women’s champion said, “Royal Rumble 2023, it’s gonna be my year. It’s a definite. There’s no if, but, or what about it. It’s my year. I’m gonna win the Royal Rumble, I’m setting that now.” The match between Ripley and Lynch has been teased previously when they came face-to-face last year on an episode of Raw.
