Believe it or not, Roman Reigns has taken it upon himself to conquer the battlegrounds for WWE. Since 2020, Roman Reigns has been on a different level altogether with his ‘Tribal Chief’ persona. Recently, he surpassed an impressive milestone, completing 800 days as the WWE Universal Champion.
The title reign began at Payback 2020 and has been on his shoulders ever since! Realistically, the closest he ever got to losing the gold was at WWE Clash at the Castle. However, even with the odds against him, Reigns defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Drew McIntyre.
While fans hoped for Roman Reigns to lose to McIntyre in his home, that did not happen. However, there are reports that state Triple H was on the verge of getting at least one of the two World Titles off Roman.
While speaking to Louis Dangoor of GiveMeSport, WrestleVotes revealed the idea that kept Triple H considering getting either the WWE Title or the Universal Title off Roman Reigns.
WrestleVotes noted the idea was to have Austin Theory cash in on one of the two titles during Reigns vs McIntyre. This cash-in would have made the match a Triple Threat, where Tyson Fury would knock out Austin Theory, allowing McIntyre to win one of the two titles, without actually pinning Roman Reigns. However, it did not come to fruition as WWE management expressed concerns over pulling it off seamlessly.
What’s next for Roman Reigns in WWE?
After nearly escaping a catastrophe at the hands of Logan Paul at Crown Jewel, Roman Reigns is still the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The YouTuber-turned-wrestler pushed The ‘Head of the Table’ to the limit, but in the end, the numbers game of The Bloodline proved a little too much for Logan Paul and Jake Paul to handle.
Roman Reigns does not have an opponent for the title yet. And it looks like the won’t have one, at least till Survivor Series WarGames. It is rumored that Reigns and The Bloodline will fight inside WarGames, but their opponents have not been revealed yet.

Roman Reigns has been unstoppable, and with the Bloodline stronger than ever, he looks to take over WarGames and dominate. But that won’t be easy. After all, Triple H will ensemble a star-studded team to take on the mighty challenge in the Bloodline’s form. There is the only question that remains: Will The Bloodline SURVIVE?
