REVEALED : Massive TWIST reportedly planned for the main-event match between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre for Clash at the Castle

Roman Reigns is surrounded by two different challengers on Smackdown

All of a sudden, the World Championship picture in WWE has taken a certain amount of turns including the unprecedented return of Karrion Kross back to the company after getting released earlier who confronted Roman Reigns after taking out Drew McIntyre last week on Smackdown. The Doomsday has his partner Scarlett this time around for reminding everyone that the time is ticking and end is near.

The Tribal Chief was taken aback by some unexpected facial expressions over what went down in front of his bare eyes this past Friday night and to be honest, it was really needed to pull back some excitement into the show which was lacking over the past few months for now. Earlier on, the Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre earned his right to challenge Reigns one on one for the Undisputed Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle which will serve as McIntyre’s home territory come September 3rd.

From a very long time, the fans have been clamoring this singles clash between these two modern workhorses but it seems like the party has already been spoiled by an uninvited visitor who made his presence felt very well last week. By the looks of it, WWE might be thinking of potentially adding Karrion Kross into the hunt for Roman Reigns’ Undisputed Universal Title.

At the moment, the plans are still being decided and being cooked in the oven but we can assure of one thing that if WWE goes the easy way, they might go forward with the originally planned singles match between Roman Reigns & Drew McIntyre where the Scottish Warrior might prove to be the worst nightmare for Reigns’ record shattering title run which is on the 800 day verge.

According to Dave Meltzer on his Wrestling Observer Radio, as of the moment the plan still goes for Reigns vs. McIntyre but the way Kross was inserted between them last week was an indicative of him possibly being added to their championship match at WWE Clash at the Castle.

“Based on what we are told, unless we are back in the plans change regularly mode, Karrion Kross won’t be added to the Reigns vs. McIntyre match. It did appear that would be the case the way the angle ran on Smackdown. But as of press time it was still listed this way”.
