Ronda Rousey recently lambasted the WWE women’s division
In one way or the other, Ronda Rousey always remains in the limelight. Well, that’s a different matter if her recent interviews have been more entertaining than anything she’s doing on television. Anyways, coming back to what she had to say on the dismal state of women in WWE right now.
Speaking to NY Post, Rousey highlighted the lack of competition in the women’s division of WWE. She expressed her urge to defend those tag titles alongside Shayna Baszler every now and then. However, with the female roster being ‘dismally shallow’ at the moment, there’s just no one to keep them busy, claimed Ronda Rousey.
Next week on SmackDown, the Women’s Tag-Team titles will be merged. To serve the purpose, Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler takes on Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn, the NXT Women’s Tag-Team Champions. That show emanates from the O2 arena in London and is expected to favor the NXT upstarts as far as crowd response is concerned.
