Sami Zayn is riding the wave of momentum heading into the Elimination Chamber in his hometown. The WWE Universe is behind their favorite babyface in the company as he takes on the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, on the show. Nobody can forget Zayn’s run with the Bloodline, where he created some of the most iconic moments with his “brothers.” Likewise, it must be hard for the former Honorary Uce himself to get over such a tragic breakup.

Recently on Twitter, Sami Zayn shared a snap of a towel at his home that read, “How Ucey are we feeling today?” This reminded the former Bloodline member of the time when everything was going right for him. He accompanied the photo with the tweet, “Got back home to Montreal and found this towel hanging in my bathroom. Simpler times.”

After months of proving his loyalty to the group, the Honorary Uce finally snapped and turned on Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble. On the following SmackDown, Sami once again attacked the Head of the Table and laid out the challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. For fans, the journey from Sami Zayn’s acceptance to his exile has been an emotional one. Moreover, this will reach its next peak at the Elimination Chamber event on February 18th, where the whole crowd will get to cheer for their hometown hero.

Sami Zayn is still searching for his first world title reign on the main roster. And no matter how much fans plead for it, this dream doesn’t seem to come to fruition on February 18th. WWE is already advertising the main event of WrestleMania as Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns. Furthermore, the Grandest Stage of Them All appears to be the most appropriate event to conclude the Tribal Chief’s historic title reign.

Nonetheless, the story of Sami Zayn will not come to an end at the Elimination Chamber. Currently, the reports suggest that WWE is planning for Zayn to reconcile with his real-life best friend, Kevin Owens, once again. The duo would go on to challenge The Usos for their Tag titles at WrestleMania. Along with Roman Reigns, The Usos have also had a historic title reign. The Samoan twins are the longest-reigning tag team champions in WWE history. As it stands, it seems the Bloodline will finally get their comeuppance at the Showcase of Immortals, where they might lose everything they have.
