Sasha Banks has been away from our television screens for quite a while now. Back in May, she walked-out off Monday Night Raw taping, moments before they were set to go on-air. Now, we’ll are aware of the just mentioned stuff and the real question is, What’s next for her?
Pretty much adding to it’s own credibility, the Boss itself have come up with an update. No more dirt sheets and rumors, just an Instagram video featuring Sasha Banks, spitting out her future plans. In the video, she mentioned how one grows as the time passes on. But, in the due course, it also drives us to the day we patiently wait for and it seems Banks is almost there.
“The day is coming that I’ve been patiently waiting for past 6 months”, quoted Banks. Now, what this could mean? From the past several weeks, multiple conflicting reports have surfaced, contemplating the fans to say the least. However, we can link the latest message from Sasha Banks as a beginning of her new journey, manifesting her wrestling return.
Banks was WWE’s one of the most prolific female performers in any given era. Her television appearances and matches always felt like a lucrative deal for the company. She taught other younger lads in the locker room to dream, really big.

Sasha Banks was deprived of a huge Wrestlemania spot this year

You must’ve seen Sasha Banks and Naomi clinch those Women’s Tag-Team Championships at Wrestlemania this year. But, that wasn’t something the promotion had originally planned for her. Actually, Banks was engraved as the viable challenger for Charlotte Flair’s SmackDown Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 38.
That was the plan, at least moments before WWE heard the whispers of a Rowdy return. Once they knew that Ronda Rousey can be brought on board, they tossed up the plans. In simple terms, Ronda Rousey literally replaced Sasha Banks’ significant position on this year’s Mania card.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter had to say the following about this, “Sasha has always had issues, she was mad that Ronda got the WrestleMania spot…it was planned for Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair which was planned for months. She got moved down and they gave her the tag belts as kinda like a concession because she got moved down.”
