At Fastlane 2023, Seth Rollins delivered an outstanding performance against Shinsuke Nakamura to defend his championship. Both men competed in a Last Man Standing match, which had some serious career-threatening spots. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray revealed that The Visionary’s body had no effects from the matchup, as he called Rollins a quick healer.
Seth Rollins has had one of the most grueling matches on Fastlane without suffering any injuries. Therefore, Bully Ray took to X to express his disbelief.“Damn!! Seth is a very quick healer. Not a bump, bruise, cut, abrasion, contusion, laceration, limp, band-aid, gauze, hangnail, etc.” said the WWE veteran on X. He further acclaimed Rollins as a quick healer.
The Last Man Standing match between Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins was one of the most brutal matches WWE has produced in recent times. The match had some dangerous spots, including Seth Rollins’ fall from the stands and Shinsuke Nakamura’s meteora from the turnbuckle.
Both Seth Rollins and Shinsuke Nakamura have gone on different paths now. While Nakamura attacked Ricochet this week on Raw, Rollins found a new opponent in the form of Drew McIntyre. It will be interesting to see if the two ever cross paths on the main roster once again.
Seth Rollins sends a worrying message about his WWE future
The Visionary delivered an amazing showdown against Shinsuke Nakamura. He was seen celebrating with the fans later on after the matchup. However, after Fastlane, Seth Rollins posted a heartfelt message for his fans. He mentioned his career along with his back injury, which left the fans worried.
The World Heavyweight Champion took to X and wrote that he wishes to be a part of WWE and compete every single week. However, his lower back issues don’t allow him to do so. He poignantly shed light on the deteriorating medical condition of his back. “My heart keeps saying, “Stay young.” My lower back seems to disagree,” wrote Seth Rollins on X.
Seth Rollins revealed in various interviews that he has been delaying his spinal surgery. Only time will tell if Rollins takes a long hiatus from WWE due to his concerning back issues. As of now, he is all set to defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Drew McIntyre at Crown Jewel.
