A shocking result took place on WWE’s live event house show, in which Solo Sikoa suffered a loss on the main roster. This is Solo’s second pinfall loss within a month.

It was a house show live event in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis. Solo was booked one-on-one against the ‘American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes. The match was the main event of the show. The match was a complete package, with both men showing equal feats of strength. It lived up to its expectations. In the final moments, The Usos interfered in the match attacking Cody Rhodes.

However, to the aid of Cody, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn came out throwing The Uso Brothers out of the ring. Finally, a stunner by Kevin Owens led to Cody Rhodes delivering a Cross Rhodes to Solo Sikoa for the pinfall. WWE did not book it as a clean loss. It means that WWE is still protecting Solo’s legacy.

In addition, the show included other exciting matches too. Other matches at the event include Ricochet taking on Ivar of The Viking Raiders, Sonya Deville losing against Shotzi, and Sheamus winning over Karrion Kross. LA Knight beat Mustafa Ali in a singles match. Moreover, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens successfully defeated The Usos to retain their tag-team titles.

Also, Natalya emerged victorious against Shayna Baszler. Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander lost to Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio. Here is the video of the ending of the match:

Solo Sikoa‘s loss against Cody is limited to the live event only. He would remain a credible wrestler on the main roster. WWE has huge plans for the Samoan powerhouse, as per reports. There are huge chances that Solo will become the next big face of the brand. 

Solo’s first loss came in WrestleMania week at RAW where he also lost to Cody Rhodes. It was also not a clean victory. It was caused by the distraction from The Usos and Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. The loss made Cody look strong, leading to his WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns.
