Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ Johnson is one of the most talked-about superstars in WWE right now. His return has not only grabbed the interest of wrestling fans once again but also forced not-so-hardcore fans to tune in. However, the best part was yet to come, as he sided with his cousin, Roman Reigns. 

The 51-year-old turned heel and slapped Cody Rhodes during the WrestleMania XL press conference. He was also criticized and booed by the fans for replacing The American Nightmare in the main event of WrestleMania. The Rock continued his heel persona on the latest episode of SmackDown and took it to another level.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, Tribal Chief came out and announced that The Rock is now a member of the Bloodline. The great one came out in his iconic style and started mocking and insulting the crowd. One insult that caught everyone’s eye was that he fat-shammed a fan who was constantly speaking in between his promos.

The Brahma Bull promised the WWE Universe that he would do everything in his power to make sure Cody Rhodes couldn’t achieve anything. Looking at his promo, it looks like he will play an important factor in Roman and Cody’s match at WrestleMania. It will be interesting to see whether The American Nightmare finishes his story or if his story becomes a nightmare for him.

The Rock shocked the WWE Universe when he turned heel and joined the Bloodline. He came out as a heel and brutally insulted the crowd in his iconic heel style. Fans felt the nostalgia and were happy that they got to witness the “Old Rock” once again.

Some fans joked about the Great One fat-shaming a fan during promos by saying he would like to report him for fatphobia. Another fan said it was refreshing that he got to see the persona of the Rock that he always wanted to see. Here are some of the top reactions from the fans:

While some fans said he needed to take Vince McMahon’s role at the top, other fans admitted that The Rock was always more entertaining as a heel than a face. One fan was very skeptical about his promo on SmackDown and predicted that he would cost Roman the title at WrestleMania 40.

Some fans were really happy to see legendary superstars like The Rock and Triple H on the screen again. One fan was slightly critical of his promo and wished that it could’ve been more great if he’d shown up every week. Overall, there was a shock among the majority of fans regarding The Rock’s heel promo.
