The rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns got more twisted after Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ Johnson joined the bad side. During the WrestleMania XL press conference, he turned heel and slapped The American Nightmare to officiate his alliance with The Bloodline. If that was not clear at the Kickoff event, he certainly made it clear when he joined the notorious faction in the ring.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, The Tribal Chief came out and announced that The Rock was now a member of The Bloodline. The Great One came out in his iconic look and started mocking and insulting the crowd. Now, The Rock finally gave his first reactions after his promo in his heel persona on social media.

Even though he has adopted a heel persona now, he thanked the crowd in his post and even broke character after the show ended to meet fans. He further added that after seeing the crowd’s energy, he got goosebumps, which he showed during his entrance.

The 51-year-old clearly stated that he has aligned with The Bloodline and mocked Cody and his fans. He vowed to make sure that The American Nightmare leaves empty-handed after the WrestleMania main event. It will be interesting to see whether The Rock will play an important role during the much-awaited rematch between Cody and Reigns at WrestleMania.
