The speculations about The Rock returning to the WWE are increasing day by day. Each day there is a new report regarding The Rock’s return to the WWE. Roman Reigns, who has been holding the World Championship for over 800 days, now seems unstoppable and fans have been clamoring for the ‘Great One’ to end his long reign.

Reigns has successfully defended the Undisputed Championship against over a dozen superstars. And the answer to the question of who would dethrone Roman Reigns as the World Champion is none other than The Rock. WWE wants to show that The Brahma Bull, who is Roman Reigns’ cousin, is the only one capable of defeating The Tribal Chief.

The Rock is expected to defeat his cousin at WrestleMania 39, but if it must be a singles match, which it almost certainly will be, The Rock must first win the Royal Rumble. Winning the Royal Rumble is a legit way to challenge Roman Reigns for the championship at WrestleMania. According to Louis Dangoor of GiveMeSport, there have been discussions that the Rock may return to the Royal Rumble 2023 as entrant number 30 and win the match.

The Rock won the 13th Royal Rumble, but he never received a singles match after winning the Royal Rumble. At WrestleMania 2000, Triple H defended his WWF Championship against Big Show, The Rock, and Mick Foley in Fatal 4-Way elimination match.

The Rock vs. Roman Reigns is just a speculation as of now. It all depends on The Brahma Bull’s availability and how much time he can devote to WWE besides his busy film career. His latest movie, “The Black Adam,” was a success at the box office, grossing $378.3 million worldwide. It received mixed reviews from critics but was loved by the audience.

The 50-year-old’s upcoming movie is “Red One,” for which he also serves as a producer. Along with him as the lead, the movie also stars Chris Evans in a lead role. The release of the movie hasn’t been determined as of yet, and the movie is in the production stages.
