Dwayne Johnson or known as The Rock was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. He has excellent mic skills and has roasted over all the wrestlers in WWE roaster in his time. The Rock was amazing in the ring and has won a lot of Championships in his run in WWE.
The Rock has won the World Championship and WWE Championship 10 times and even had legendary matches with the likes of Brock Lesnar, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and the face that runs the place, John Cena. The Rock even had a big feud with CM Punk.
The Rock and his Hollywood debut
The Rock also won the Royal Rumble match of the year 2000 and it was revealed that Stephen Sommers was watching that match and decided to cast the winner of the Rumble match as the Scorpian King in his new movie The Mummy Returns which came in 2001.
The movie was a blast and a super hit because the lead in the movie Brendan Fraser did one of the best works of his career and the story of the movie was too good to be true. The movie still gets a lot of viewers when it gets telecasted on television.
Recently Brendan Fraser received a six-minute-long standing ovation from the audience at the Venice Film Festive because his new film got a lot of viewers. His new film The Whale has done a lot till now and is expected to do great ahead too.
The Rock took on Twitter and made a tweet about the superstar as he says that this is the thing that makes him happy this was a beautiful ovation for Brendan. He is much thankful to the superstar for supporting his debut in Mummy Returns in 2001.
The Rock tweeted, “Man this makes me so happy to see this beautiful ovation for Brendan. He supported me coming into his Mummy Returns franchise for my first-ever role, which kicked off my Hollywood career. Rooting for all your success brother and congrats to my bud Darren Aronofsky. #TheWhale ??”
The Whale has already gotten a lot of praise from its viewers and more than 75% of the viewers have liked the movie. It is hard to tell what will be The Rock would have been doing till now if Brandon never supported his debut in the biggest industry in the whole world.
