Triple H has played a major role in the working of WWE. Starting with his tenure as a wrestling professional, he soon switched to the management of the company. Despite being a part of the management, he made appearances at the ring and had remarkable matches. With Vince McMahon retiring as the CEO of the company, Triple H has become the new Creative Head of WWE.
Vince McMahon‘s retirement has initiated many waves in the company’s venture. From Day 1, we have seen changes creep into the show. With Triple H’s intervention, the SummerSlam proved to be a very successful event. It was after so long that the WWE Universe witnessed an event without Vince McMahon being involved in the show.

Vince McMahon, being a dominating personality, had absolute control over the working of the company. When he was the CEO, the WWE Universe got to witness several legends return to the arena. Vince had the perspective that the more popular the legend, the greater the TRP of the show. On the other hand, Triple H believes in bringing out new talents to the main roster.
With the control of events now at one place, the company is set to sail towards growth. It has not been a month since Vince declared himself retired when WWE introduced a majority of the new faces. Triple H’s connection to NXT has helped him extract the best talents to be put to the main roster. SummerSlam witnessed the jaw dropping return of Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky in a very short notice period. It was just the first indication of the introduction of new faces to the ring.
The RAW and SmackDown episodes that followed SummerSlam also got to witness some new talents straight out of NXT. Karrion Kross and Scarlett are two such personalities. Triple H is often criticised for the steps he takes to bring a change in the audience. But his vision in building the legends for a future WWE is exceptional.
How different Triple H and Vince McMahon are
Vince McMahon also tried to play the professionals as per his need. He changed the presentation of Karrion Kross resulting in the audience disliking him. Triple H has taken him back to his NXT style and the audience seemed to have loved it. The audience number has also grown since Triple H took charge.
“Triple H, after Vince had done that to his guys, he could have taken that as a personal shot and got all pissed off. Now, he is going to say; you did it to me; now I’m going to undo it and show the whole world what this guy has got. And it’s going to be a project of Triple H, and we’ll see how it goes,” an ex-manager from the company said.
Triple H has served both in and outside the ring for the company. He knows what the audience actually demands. He is crystal clear for the ultimate plan he has in his mind. Let’s see how his entrants perform and make their name in the midst of the ultimate supremacy of the current WWE title holders.
