For obvious reasons, everyone wants a piece of Rhea Ripley. Fresh off a historic night at the Elimination Chamber, Mami’s on top once again. And it appears like WWE Hall of Famer, Trish Stratus has The Eradicator on her radar. Recently, in a lengthy chat with the Gorilla Position, Trish shed some light on what her wrestling retirement would look like. She manifested having the last dance of her career in Toronto.

And for what it’s worth, Stratus might just need to wait until this year’s Money in the Bank PLE, scheduled to emanate from Toronto. The female wrestling trailblazer even contemplated whether she had a good chance of becoming an eight-time Women’s Champion.

Trish then joked how people keep blabbering about her size. But Stratus didn’t seem fazed. Instead, she embraced it—pretty much what she’s done her entire career against the likes of much-fancied physically-apt names like Jazz and Victoria. And Stratus implied Rhea’s going to be no different. The WWE legend said that they could tell an interesting story.

Let’s say, Rhea Ripley for example… So people, when they meet me, they’re like, ‘Oh my God, you’re so small. I love playing against the big wrestler and that’s kind of fun for me. o I think me and Rhea Ripley could be a very interesting story.

At some point in the interview, Trish Stratus also alluded to her unfinished business with Zoey Stark. The post-match scenes from last year’s Payback, where Zoey turned on Trish, seem to have not settled on the latter.

In Stratus’ previous WWE run, her Steel Cage match with Becky Lynch was believed to have exceeded the expectations. If she’s indeed destined to cross paths with Rhea Ripley down the road, it would be a sight to behold.

Rhea Ripley yet to combat her biggest threat at WrestleMania 40

There’s not one woman who’s been able to upend the Aussie grappler since her coup at WrestleMania 39. There in Hollywood, the 27-year-old fought tooth and nail against Charlotte Flair and was able to doom The Queen.

Since then, albeit Ripley has had some jittery title defenses, no one has ever posed a real threat to her gold. However, that would not be the case this year at WrestleMania.

In the City of Brotherly Love, Mami’s going to tango with Becky Lynch. The latter outlasted her opponents inside the Elimination Chamber in Perth to secure a date with Ripley at the grandest stage.
