Trish Stratus is a retired Canadian professional wrestler and fitness model. She was born on December 18, 1975, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Stratus began her professional wrestling career in 2000 with the World Wrestling Federation, now WWE. And quickly became one of the most popular female wrestlers in the company’s history. Trish Stratus recently broke the internet by showcasing her fitness on Instagram at the age of 47.

Outside of wrestling, Trish Stratus is also known for her work as a fitness model and has appeared on the cover of several magazines, including MuscleMag International and Oxygen. She is also the owner of her own yoga studio, called Stratusphere Yoga, located in her hometown of Toronto. Stratus also made appearances in various films and television shows, including “Gridlocked” and “Second City TV”.
