WWE Veteran provides INJURY UPDATE on Young NXT Star Arianna Grace

NXT Superstar Arianna Grace is absent from WWE programming since the October 4th edition of NXT Level Up. After losing to Nikkita Lyons and Zoe Stark in a tag team match on NXT on September 13th, she brawled against Fallon Henley and Sol Ruca with Kiana James.
After the fight, she disclosed she sustained an injury that prevented her from competing in the ring. Most wrestlers would take a break from social media, but Arianna Grace did the opposite and shortly after October 4 revealed her injury via her TikTok account.
Grace explained that she needed surgery for her right knee ACL and meniscus ear and would be out of action for nine months. But it seems she might get back in the ring sooner. She is now documenting the journey to recover on Instagram and TikTok. One of the latest is “Knee braces are just big accessories.”
Her father and former WWE Intercontinental champion, Santino Marella, provided an update on her injury during an interview with Fightful Select. He noted she is recovering from the injury and is “hopeful for a spring return to the ring.” Although he describes the harrowing experience as a waiting game, the return will put her ahead of the recovery timetable, which is estimated to be July 2023.

Arianna Grace’s father is optimistic in every interview
Marella joined “The A2theK Wrestling Show” recently and showed the same optimistic approach he put forth in the previous Fightful select interview. He said everyone in the industry seems impressed by Arianna’s ability to recover quickly from any injury.
The former WWE United States champion expects Arianna Grace to showcase and become a significant player when she makes her return to WWE NXT, like Charlotte Flair. As Grace did not inherit her family name as other star kids did, Marella believes she will “carve her own path.”

Marella’s daughter has accepted her knee brace. However, she also revealed in her Instagram story that she is now allowed to sleep without the brace. Grace now can also walk without crutches but still gets “sore very easily”. Let us hope for her speedy recovery and wait and see how her comeback will affect WWE NXT.
