Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley‘s rivalry clearly didn’t end with their match at Crown Jewel 2022. The WWE Universe panned the match as it ended abruptly. Overall, Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley have shared the ring together each other four times out of which a couple of them were singles showdowns.
With all four of their matches this year, fans enjoyed the grueling rivalry between them. Their singles matches were something many hail as a fantastic one. The record between them stands at 1-1. At the Royal Rumble, Lashley defeated Lesnar, while the ‘Beast Incarnate’ defeated Lashley at Crown Jewel.
After the Elimination Chamber, Lashley and Lesnar hadn’t crossed paths until October of this year. Lesnar surprised everyone on the October 10th edition of RAW when he delivered an F-5 to ‘The Almighty.’ Both men brawled on most of the editions of RAW after October 10. Their match at Crown Jewel being below average, forced fans to anticipate another match between both men.
According to Xero News, Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley’s rivalry may continue until the Elimination Chamber. The report also said that Lashley and Lesnar might also face each other at the Royal Rumble.

This year has been great for Bobby Lashley, as he won two championships with the company. While his World Championship reign was short, he won it for the second time in his career. Lashley lost the WWE Championship in 20 days to Brock Lesnar at the Elimination Chamber. Lesnar single-handedly eliminated all four participants except Lashley, who was sidelined during the match due to a concussion.
Bobby Lashley’s next championship win this year was the United States Championship. Lashley defeated Austin Theory at the MITB PLE to win the US Championship for the third time in his career. The Almighty defended the title on several occasions, eventually losing it to Seth Rollins on the October 10th edition of RAW. Lashley had lost the title as he was injured from Lesnar’s attack earlier that night.
After the Crown Jewel, Bobby Lashley again turned his attention towards the US Championship. He recently fought for the championship at the Survivor Series WarGames but failed to win. In a number one contender’s match for the US Championship last week, Bobby Lashley faced Seth Rollins but lost the match.
At one point, Lashley appeared to have won after hitting Rollins with a spear, but the referee, who had been hurt after jumping down from the apron, was too late to call the pinfall. This made Rollins kick out, and in the end, he delivered a pedigree to ‘The Almighty’ to clinch victory.
Bobby Lashley was irate with the result and argued with the referee. He subsequently hit another referee, which made WWE official Adam Pearce come to the ring. Pearce wasn’t happy with Lashley attacking the referee and began chastising him. ‘The Almighty’ then shoved Pearce, which caused the WWE official to fire him. However, Adam Pearce tweeted that he had changed his mind regarding Lashley’s firing. He said they will hold a meeting to talk about the next course of action.
