The Devil is back at it’s best. After staying away from WWE for almost 5 months, Vince McMahon has officially returned to WWE. In an official update, the 77-year is reinstated back to the directors board. Although, McMahon’s initial return purpose was to pursue a sale of the business, he’s craving for more.

There’s a negative wave going around backstage in the company following his return. No one ever wanted to witness his dramatic comeback. However, Mr. McMahon’s aged forehead males his do menacing stuff. Despite his retirement in July of 2022, he still was the majority owner of the Stamford-based promotion and his massive voting power has payed off.

In the wake of renewing company’s media television rights, McMahon roped his return. However, his intentions are way more than that. The last thing anyone would even want is the return of Vince McMahon as Head of WWE creative. At present, Triple H is flawlessly running the mentioned department and fans have been ecstatic. But, a recent theory from Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez concludes that the disaster can indeed happen.

According to them, McMahon wants to sell WWE under his terms and conditions to any capable private-based firm. The obvious science behind this calls for McMahon’s desperation to exercise full control over WWE, once again. If the deal is made privately, WWE won’t remain a publicly-traded organization, which will enable Vince McMahon to assert his shareholding stature.

Where is WWE heading with Vince McMahon?

By any means, Vince McMahon’s return can be taken as a positive. Instead, if he somehow regains the creative control from Triple H, it’s all downhill from here. Hunter revitalized the declining product of WWE through his vision. A Vince McMahon return would mean that everything will be wiped-off real quick.

Within a blink of an eye, Paul Levesque understood what fans wanted from them, creatively. He took it all upon himself and pledged to make everything right, gradually. With his takeover, WWE saw significant rise in television viewership of their weekly shows. Also, their social media engagement reached to some mind-boggling stats.

Constant rematches and unnecessary name changes also disappeared under The Cerebral Assassin. The present year is believed to be a great one for everyone involved in this process, until and unless Vince McMahon completely ruins it all. As of now, Stephanie McMahon is still the chairwoman of WWE.
