For a long time, Vince McMahon was solely responsible for the WWE’s creative. He kept control of all the storylines strictly in his hands. Vince’s impact on the WWE stars was such that no one dared to question his call on many things. With his departure from WWE, the decision-making power has somehow shifted into the hands of the stars themselves.

Recently, there have been numerous rumors of the reuniting of The Hurt Business. The rumors have calmed the fans who were not down with the idea of their split. However, the faction consisting of MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander had no role when the faction lost its momentum.

MVP recently spoke on the ‘Superstar Crossover with Z100’s Josh Martinez’ and revealed that Vince McMahon was the mind behind the faction’s split. “It was a decision that he made. Why did he choose to do it? I have no idea, but it was his choice,” he added. He also considered it above his pay grade to question Vince’s verdict.

MVP also acknowledged the fact that Vince was the boss back then, and there was no way that he would disobey him. He, unlike every other person in the WWE Universe, was confused by Vince’s plans but had no way out. The former NJPW star also teased a reunion of the faction, and the WWE Universe might get to see this very soon.

MVP updated the fans on the status of the reunion of The Hurt Business. He said that while Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander have accepted the proposal, Bobby is completely on board with the idea. Bobby’s stubbornness has compelled him to not put the plan into final action. He, however, said that he was trying his best to get the faction together.

Vince McMahon is now back under WWE management. Despite not being in a very authoritative role, he is trying to get absolute control of the company. While it has been his decision to take the faction out of the audience’s sight, it is quite probable that he might do the same once again.

Vince McMahon brought back huge waves of emotion when he got back to the company. There have been credible rumors of WWE’s reported selling, but authorities have yet to comment. Many people claim that Vince’s return to the company was only to put a final stamp on the company’s deal. However, one has to wait and see what Vince McMahon’s effect will be on the business in the upcoming days.
