The Elimination Chamber event saw the third installment of the saga between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley. However, the result didn’t seem to go the way the fans had wished. The WWE Universe, which was expecting a clear winner in this rubber match, felt disappointed as the competition ended in a disqualification.

The match saw a back-and-forth collision between the two goliaths. Similar to their previous encounters, the former MMA stars hit each other with their best moves, but it didn’t get the job done. In the end, Lashley trapped Brock in the Hurt lock with nowhere to go. Refusing to tap out, the Beast Incarnate went low to escape the submission in full view of the referee’s vision. This left the ref no choice but to call for the bell, handing the victory to Bobby Lashley via DQ.

After the match, Brock Lesnar was still pissed that he just handed Bobby Lashley another victory as he failed to escape the hurt lock. The former WWE champion put his hands on the ref yet again. However, unlike Royal Rumble, he laid out the WWE official Chad Patton with an F-5 followed by another to Bobby Lashley.

Brock Lesnar continued to unleash his wrath on the outside. The Beast Incarnate cleared out the announcer’s desk and delivered another F-5 to the All Mighty through the table. Just at the end of the segment, he even pulled out the ref from the ring and laid him out outside with another one of his finishers. You can watch the scenes after the match here.

Will Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley continue their feud till WrestleMania?

The Elimination Chamber seems to be inconclusive in finding a true winner between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar. While the All-Mighty technically won the match, a disqualification rarely spells the end of any feud in pro wrestling. Therefore, it seems that the WWE universe might get to see a rematch between the two at WrestleMania 39.

There is also a threat of Bray Wyatt looming in the back of this feud. The Eater of Worlds came out with Uncle Howdy in the latest episode of SmackDown to issue a warning to whoever wins this match. There is still a lot of confusion among fans about the proper direction of where this feud will go. Everything should get clear as they get closer to the Showcase of the Immortals.
