SmackDown’s latest episode added more excitement to the great Bloodline saga. As the fans witnessed, Sami Zayn wasn’t the one to hold back after getting mercilessly beaten at the Royal Rumble. Hence, the former Honorary Uce came from the crowd to attack Roman Reigns and set up a match with the champion at Elimination Chamber..

In the main event of SmackDown, Roman Reigns came out to address the state of The Bloodline. Reigns was ambushed by Sami himself while explaining why he was skeptical of Sami Zayn since Survivor Series. The Canadian wrestler came through the crowd and launched an attack on Roman Reigns from behind.

The Head of the Table came back with some blows of his own before asking for a chair from his Wise Man. This brief moment was enough for Sami Zayn to recover and deliver a spectacular spear to Reigns, laying him out. The WWE Universe watched in awe as Roman Reigns was defeated by his own maneuver.

After the undisputed champion tried to regroup outside, the Underdog from the Underground laid out a challenge for him. Zayn made it clear that he never wanted anything from Roman in the past, but now he wants a shot at the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The Bloodline wasn’t going to be held back, though. This was evident as Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa came to defend their Tribal Chief. Jimmy delivered a superkick to Sami Zayn and laid him out before Roman made his way back to the ring. Following another beatdown in the ring, The Enforcer was setting up a brutal attack on his former ally in the corner. However, he was stopped by Roman Reigns, who got in Sami’s face to assert his dominance.

While the people in attendance weren’t able to hear Roman’s message, the fans at home heard what the champion said. The Head of the Table accepted Sami Zayn’s challenge and even set a date for the match. Since he believed that it was because of Sami that the Bloodline was breaking apart, he promised to decimate and humiliate the Canadian native in front of his family at the Elimination Chamber. The February 18th Premium Live Event will be in Sami Zayn’s hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The fans are eager to see this emotional match between the hometown hero Sami Zayn and the supervillain Roman Reigns in two weeks.
