Batista and Brock Lesnar have never faced each other in WWE, Here’s why:

Brock Lesnar vs Batista
Brock Lesnar has never faced Batista in a single’s competition ek.

But the two never got a chance to face each other in WWE this was primarily due to the fact that between the period of 2003- 2005 when Brock Lesnar and Batista had just made their respective debuts and were then involved in different story lines while Brock Lesnar was signed to the blue brand SmackDown whereas Batista was signed to RAW.

Later on Lesnar would go on to take hiatus from the company, and Batista became a world champion. Later on Lesnar would return to the company in 2012 to face John Cena at Extreme Rules in a losing effort. And then when Brock returned Batista had already said adios to WWE, as The Animal went to Hollywood and started working in movies where he got a huge success.

Batista then returned to the company in 2014 and won the Royal Rumble match as well according to reports WWE had been setting a match between Batista and the Beast incarnate but the reports were scrapped when it was decided that Brock Lesnar would be the one to break the Undertaker’s iconic WrestleMania streak .

Batista was involved in the main event of WrestleMania 30 in a triple threat match against Daniel Bryan and Triple H which was eventually won by Daniel Bryan. Batista would then return in 2018 for a final run and engaged in a short but heated rivalry with Triple H which finally settled at WrestleMania 35.

The Game managed to pin The Animal Batista in his final WWE match and then he took retirement from wrestling. Observers and critics believe that WWE missed a great opportunity to collide these two superstars who are sheer power houses and their feud had been legendary.
