Roman Reigns has been the ultimate boss in WWE for over three years now. No superstar has successfully been able to defeat Reigns in a singles match. Many came close but multiple reasons prevented the victory. Therefore, WWE is now running out of opponents for Roman Reigns to face. However, LA Knight is reportedly being trained to be the next person to challenge The Tribal Chief for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

LA Knight is currently one of the hottest acts in WWE. The reactions he is getting each week from the audience are a testament to his popularity. He is also performing great in terms of business, as his merchandise has been the top seller for the past few weeks. Therefore, the higher-ups in WWE have been treating Knight as one of their top stars.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, LA Knight returned after getting COVID last week. He came back to even the odds for John Cena and also became Cena’s partner for Fastlane. The two will now face Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. This was Knight’s first interaction with the Bloodline, which meant that his showdown with Roman was inevitable.

However, faces like Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Cody Rhodes have been the hottest to face Roman Reigns. Unfortunately, none of them could get the victory, and Roman Reigns would get the win every single time. Therefore, fans are hoping that it changes this time around and Knight defeats Reigns.

Jimmy Uso teases becoming the new Tribal Chief and taking over Roman Reigns

On the latest episode of SmackDown, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman came down to the ring. Solo and Paul stood in their usual positions, while Jimmy took the center position, usually only taken by Roman Reigns. This was a subtle tease that Uso aspires to take the place at the head of the table.

Fans also pointed out later that Jimmy had always wanted to dethrone Roman and become the new tribal chief. The tease might or might not mean anything. However, the Bloodline storyline is one of the most intelligently laid out storylines in WWE in recent times. Therefore, the actions of Jimmy Uso cannot be ignored.

Additionally, Solo has not made peace with Jimmy completely but still works with him as they have the common goal of destroying Roman Reigns’ opponents. Therefore, there is also a possibility of Solo turning on everyone and becoming the new head of the family.
