Night of Champions definitely turned out to be a stunning show. It brought a lot of surprises to the WWE Universe. Some fans loved and cheered as their favorite superstars won. While some others were heartbroken since their idol lost their match. Nevertheless, the show kept the audience hooked to their seats till the end.
Asuka vs Bianca Belair turned out to be an incredible match. Their storyline had a great buildup until the last episode of Smackdown. The Jeddah Super Dome was packed with thousands of fans to witness the Raw women’s championship match. Despite giving everything, Bianca Belair lost the match at Night of Champions.
The result of the match came as a shock to fans, as Asuka ended Bianca Belair’s reign as champion. The EST has been dominating and continuing her championship reign until Night of Champions. She held the Raw Women’s title for around 400 days, which definitely deserves praise from everyone. However, it was Asuka who finally put an end to the dominant title reign.
Bianca Belair has been a role model for a lot of young girls and children. She has been inspiring younger generations across the world. She has been the face of the women’s division for a long time now as a generational talent. Therefore, a young fan was heartbroken and could not take her loss at the Night of Champions. The match between Asuka and Bianca Belair was one of the highlights of the show. It had some ups and downs, as the fans hated Asuka for cheating. She used her green mist against Belair to distract her and later pin her. The Empress of Tomorrow successfully sought revenge for the loss at WrestleMania.
Asuka just won her third Raw Women’s Championship and became the second Women’s Grand Slam Champion at Night of Champions. She is undoubtedly one of the greatest female athletes of all time. Following her victory last night, Asuka would surely come out to celebrate it on next week’s SmackDown.
It will be interesting to see which current WWE superstar will be her first challenger. There are a lot of superstars in the WWE locker room who have great potential. With NXT stars debuting on the main roster, there are endless possibilities. Even Bianca Belair can demand her rematch at Money in the Bank if WWE plans on continuing their epic rivalry.
