WWE is set to make a historic shift when it moves Raw to Netflix next year. With some significant changes expected with the broadcast, there has been a new emerging report that suggests a documentary series being released once WWE moves to the streaming giant.
According to Bloomberg, Nick Khan has revealed that there is going to be a significant amount of documentaries that will be released on Netflix. Although there were no additional details revealed in the report, it was informed that it is a part of the $5 billion deal with the platform.
Moreover, there have been a number of fan-favorite documentaries like WWE 24 that show behind-the-scenes stories of WWE stars. Specials like WrestleMania XL: Behind The Curtain also managed to garner a lot of buzz among the WWE Universe. Therefore, it can be said that these types of series would fare well on the streaming giant.
