Roman Reigns is unhappy with Owens’ assault
On the main event of Smackdown, Kevin Owens was facing Jey Uso. Uso tried to attack Owens with the steel chair. But Owens managed to counter it. He won the match and then started assaulting Uso with the steel chair.
While he was attacking Uso, Owens called out Reigns, who was watching from the locker room. Owens waited by the ringside as Smackdown went off-air. After the show, the Universal Champion tweeted his displeasure towards Owens.
Reigns mentions that if you attack his blood, it is an attack on the whole family. Roman also mentions that Owens should just come after the Universal Championship. This might be an indication, that we see Owens taking on Reigns for the Universal title.
Also, the extensive use of steel chair in the assaults might give us a Chairs match stipulation at TLC. WWE’s next PPV airs live on 20th December, 2020.
