The Season Premiere of WWE Raw saw the beginning of a new era as the newest additions to the roster of the red brand headlined the show. The show saw numerous new additions to Raw make their in-ring debut in the new season of the longest running show in sports entertainment history.

The show saw Big E find new challengers for his WWE Championship and four of the newest additions to the WWE Raw roster step up. Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, and Rey Mysterio battled in a fatal 4-way ladder match in the main event of the show and in the end, it was Seth Rollins who was determined as the next challenger for the WWE Champion.

In addition, the rising star of WWE, Austin Theory again proved to be impressive on the season premiere of WWE Raw when he defeated Dominik Mysterio. Bianca Belair was seen challenging Becky Lynch for a rematch and WWE approved the match for next week’s Monday Night Raw.

The tag team division of Monday Night Raw continued to impress everyone when the champions earned new challengers following a triple threat tag team match. The Street profits, the Dirty Dawgs, and the Alpha Academy battled in a triple threat tag team match and the Dirty Dawgs were pronounced victorious. This was followed by the Ziggler and Roode battle RK-Bro for the Raw Tag Team Championships in a losing effort.

WWE Survivor Series is now on the horizon and WWE will start the proceedings for the mega event. Being one of the four big pay-per-views of WWE the company will try to prove their credibility on the pay-per-view and a huge part of it will be determined seeing the storylines. WWE will now start building the 5 Man and Woman team for the traditional 5 on 5 elimination matches.

Plus the champion vs champion matches will be a must-see part from Survivor Series. The WWE Raw Women’s Championship match next week will effect the storylines for the event next week and the WWE Champion vs Universal Champion match will be the one to look out for. With some great tag teams on both Raw and Smackdown, a tag team elimination match could also be built for this year’s event.
