Rhea Ripley is one of the most powerful women in WWE currently. The Brutal one has been one of the most athletic and competitive superstars in WWE since her debut. Ripley’s career has gained her a lot of respect which has also made her one of the most popular superstars in WWE currently.
A few years back, Ripley opened up on how much she was eager to face the Man Becky Lynch in a singles match. The Brutal one wanted to face one of the greatest women in the women’s industry once in her career which would be a dream match for everyone as well. Here’s what Ripley said during an interview on Battleground Podcast:
“I do like the color red, I do like being on RAW, but I really want to step in the ring with Becky again. I got to wrestle her once in NXT and it got cut short by Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn, and Marina [Shafir], so I would love to step in the ring with her again and I would love to be a grand slam champion.”
“I love disrupting the peace, apparently. But that day will come and my time will come whether it’s this draft or next draft, I really have no idea. But I’m down for a fight whenever so if Becky want to fight me, then I’m ready.” – WrestlingInc
Can the WWE Universe witness a one-on-one match between Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch anytime soon?
Becky Lynch is currently the Raw Women’s Champion and is set to defend her title against the EST of WWE, Bianca Belair in a one-on-one match on the 38th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All, WrestleMania 38. On the other hand, Rhea Ripley is currently clueless about who she would face at WrestleMania. Some changes to the storyline may lead to Ripley heading over to WrestleMania as another challenger for Lynch leading to a triple threat match on the show of shows.
