“I hate bullies,” Ronda Rousey issues a warning to WWE authority

Ronda Rousey made a shocking return to WWE at Royal Rumble 2022. She was the final entrant in the match. “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” sent the Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair over the top rope to win the Women’s Royal Rumble match. The winner of the over-the-top elimination match earns the right to main event Wrestlemania.

Interestingly, the last time WWE Universe had seen Rousey in action was at Wrestlemanina 35 – where she was a part of the first-ever women’s main event match at Mania, along with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. While she ended up losing then, Rousey might be working hard to turn the result in her favor this time.

This year, she has already made the announcement of her Wrestlemania plans. Ronda Rousey will be going after the Smackdown Women’s Champion in the main event of Wrestlemania 38. While this marquee clash at the Showcase of Immortals is still a couple of months away, they would be clashing in a Tag team bout, in another mega event in less than a week’s time.

At Elimination Chamber, Ronda Rousey will be teaming up with Naomi in a battle against Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville. The match was announced during the latest episode of Smackdown – after Rousey intervened a 2-on-1 attack by Flair and Deville on Naomi. Rousey was recently seen on WWE’s digital exclusive interview, where she revealed the reason behind helping Naomi.

“When the match was over and Sonya and Charlotte were ganging up on her, I don’t like bullies and I couldn’t just stand there and do nothing. So I did something…I could beat Sonya with one hand tied behind my back. She’s the last of my worries,” mentioned Rousey.

A night after Royal Rumble, Ronda Rousey made her appearance on Raw. She seemed to be an all-out Heel. In fact, the crowd reception too made it seem like there was significant heat behind her. Ronda Rousey fed off the energy from the crowd and spoke like a heel too.

But it was later reported that the company wanted to push Rousey as a babyface. But Rousey went ahead and delivered a promo like a negative character. WWE wants to portray her as a babyface, because her opponent, Charlotte Flair, is already one of the biggest Heels in the company.
